Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on                                                              
March 21 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                               
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 30(2d JUD) "An Act                                                                             
          providing for the release of certain property in the                                                                  
          custody of a law enforcement agency to a crime                                                                        
          victim under certain conditions and relating to                                                                       
          requests for that release by the office of victims'
